If you want the best haircut in the area, Abi is definitely your guy. Very professional and an awesome person. I’ve been coming for years and he never disappoints. I would recommend to anyone at anytime.
I have never felt so brushed off and disrespected by a business. I called Abi Cutz simply trying to book an appointment, and the person who answered kept responding with “what?” over and over, even after I repeated myself clearly. When I finally asked if I could come in that evening, I was told “Check online.” Not even a complete sentence. When I asked if they could just tell me over the phone, the response was “No, I can’t, I’m busy.” That was it. No courtesy, no professionalism, no basic respect for a potential customer.
