Beautiful product and I was very happy with installation. We discovered a defect however, and have called multiple times and the service has been very poor. We have to call many times before someone returns our calls. They committed to contacting the manufacturer two months ago but we have received no information back. Very disappointed with the service we have received for an $8,000 purchase. This has gone on for months and we have no resolution.
