A deer had ran into the side of my car a while ago (this past summer 2023). The drivers door was dented and the front bumper was damaged. The damage wasn’t all that bad, and honestly considered not even getting it fixed. Before deciding to use this business through my insurance, I stopped by the shop to ask some questions. My vehicle has been sitting here for almost two months, with false update information that’s it’s done, and now they just said that it’s still have a lot to do. Wooww!!! If I knew I shouldn’t have towed my car to them, very disappointed. If you need your car soon don’t take it there it stays forever.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I dropped my RAV4 here as an “approved shop” for my Carvana warranty to get a scratch fixed on my passenger door and pillar repaired. The estimator, Jeremy, came and spoke with us and took a good deal amount of photos of the car and said he’d call when the parts came in…2 weeks later I drop it off and they tell me they’ll need it for 2 weeks, no problem. I call them 2 weeks after drop off and they tell me it will be ready the following Monday so I arrange to return my rent... read more
Took way too long and still didn't get it right, zero communication when my truck would be ready. Save yourself the hassle and go to ANY other shop.
