Becky and Shelly are amazing! Sadly my Insurance company classified my car as totaled. Becky and Shelly went beyond the call of duty through this tough process.
Had some work done from a accident. This was one of my insurance companies recommended shops. The repairs we great, the service from the office staff was good, but the paint shop wrecked the whole experience. They painted the Bronco piece the wrong color. Arranged to take it back on Wednesday the 18. Told them I would need it back on the the 20th of March. Wife dropped it off around 1pm the 18th and now I find out they haven't done anything with it. Overall great experience!!
We had a “fender bender” on a road trip. Gerber took such great care of our truck, and much quicker than we expected too! It looks like brand new! They even gave me a ride to their shop, so I could pick up our truck. Great people, great customer care, great service!
Be sure to check your vehicle over after they give it back 6 months later! Mine had damage inside and out and never got fixed by this location. I don’t trust them to do anything right so I just take the loss. Just buyer…beware. Wish I could go back and choose someone else.
