If I could give zero stars I would. They have had my car for over 30 days and not once have they called me to inform me of what going on with the insurance or procedure. I literally came in the shop 3 times looking for answers and Marsha was rude, unwelcoming and acted as if the lack of communication was my fault, then later blamed it on the insurance company, that they should be communicating with me, not the body shop.
