Angie and Brian were with me every step of the way as we navigated the updating and the sale of my brother’s home. They were calming, responsive, supportive, and a wealth of knowledge about key resources we needed to make this sale happen! Unfortunately, a tree fell on the house back in March and they were immediately available to help me access a fantastic contractor who could do the repair work so we could get the house back on the market. I highly recommend Angie and Brian as an amazing husband and wife realty team!
Brian and Angie were absolutely wonderful through the whole home buying process. They helped keep us from getting discouraged when it seemed that there weren’t any houses out there for us. (Spoiler alert: They helped us find the perfect place for our little family to grow!) Every step of the way they were right there. Quick to answer any questions we had and did everything they possibly could to make the closing process as smooth and painless as possible.
Brian and Angie have helped several of my clients get top dollar selling their homes. They help educate clients on what is important to buyers, what to update and what to leave alone. They work with great local contractors for any improvements and are very resourceful often doing minor touches themselves.
