Mechanic broke a sensor on my vehicle installing new springs, which caused a check damper error. Business replaced sensor at their cost, however this did not clear the error. I was then advised to take it somewhere else to be fixed as they weren’t able to. Took my vehicle to the manufacturer dealership after AB Autos informed me that they would pay for the error to be fixed. We broke down with our car during a road trip, at a time when we had very few options and were in a really difficult situation. Thankfully, this garage was there for us. The team did everything they could to help, showing kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to support us through the process. Even though the problem was not easy to solve, they took the time to assist us and made a big difference when we felt completely stuck. Thank you so much for your help during such a stressful moment.

Broke down 250 km's from home, they managed to fit us in for a look here after being recommended by some other places that were booked out. Unfortunately didn't speak to the fellas but Karen and Flo? (Sorry didn't speak to you too much but I think that was your name!), fit us in and treated us with care. Chatted to us & drove us into town with a rundown of where to go since the car wasn't drivable. Just seemed like decent people from our interaction. Shout out to Karen and her RAM truck aka her husband.
