Hi Diego. I'm trying to reach out to you. What is wrong with her refrigerator? A staff member reported they will be contacting her by 1pm today. No response, called again after 3:30pm, and said they will be there soon. She is concerned and reached out to your business. However, this time, not showing up? Not appearing at appointment time?My father was discharged from the hospital yesterday and he needs his supplements refrigerated. I'm honestly... disappointed in the service today.
7 weeks and $300 later my issues were still not resolved with my 2 year old $1000 dishwasher. Diego was quick to respond on the initial call, but when it became a warranty issue he took his sweet time. He wrote on the initial repair ticket that the issue was the water valve. However, when he came back he said "upon further research I think it is the mother board".
