I contacted this company last year to schedule a service for a carpenter ant problem. Without informing me, they sent another company called MBDPRO Extermination, which I later discovered is run by relatives from the same family as AZ Extermination in St-Hubert and this one. We signed a one-year contract that included a satisfaction guarantee, but unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. Didn’t solve the issue, plus I got hung up on. Maybe the line disconnected so I’ll give them that but not a good look.
