Kev went above and beyond with finding the part I needed and doing the transaction over the phone. He even dropped the part off on his way home which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend AAA++++++
Great support and best prices. Got exactly what I paid for. Cheers
Just called was very rude and hung up was after a price on a part asked me 4 rego said sorry don’t have it right so I said what do u need to know I just need a price on basic a4 steering rack he then said 650 so I said why so expensive reconditioned ones are 400ish he did just go do that and hung up very poor customer service and just lost the company a sale and potentially more business in the future
Kevin and the team are outstanding! If shopping around always wait for them to come back to you they will more than likely have a better price for you. They are helpful friendly and efficient! I'm very grateful for the help they've provided me.
Fantastic service via Capricorn. Prompt delivery and good price. Packaging was excellent for a very delicate part. These guys have ticked all the boxed. Thank you. The team at Northern Auto.
