Kelly at the front desk is an absolute nightmare with a terrible attitude. She blames clients for the clinic's own confusing rules and inaccurate website. This is our second time dealing with their poorly explained protocols.Thankfully, the clinic manager, Ruby, stepped in to clarify the rules and resolve the situation.
