We're a small company, desperately needing service on a single, 1/2hp motor. These guys helped diagnose the problem over the phone, then had techs there within a few business hours. the techs solved the problem and completed the repair in 30 minutes. It was an example of truly outstanding, 5-star service given to a customer they could have put at the bottom of the list due to the small size of the job to be done. They have our gratitude and our loyalty. Highest reccomendation.
After merging in front of one of their work trucks on the frontage road, the driver laid on the horn for nearly a full minute and tailgated me aggressively. This was truck #047. I eventually got away at a yellow light, but the whole thing felt like extremely unnecessary road rage. Apparently, this place hires children.
