We were a loyal customer of AAW Global Logistics, they did handle all our overseas freight forwarding. However they unfortunately lost our business and our trust by charging our company for damage to a container floor. The floor of the container was very old and had clearly been mishandled by the freight company by being dropped. They refused to listen to our side of the story and subsequently lost a loyal customer and future revenue by threatening legal action for damage that was not even caused by our company.
