Overall, the hotel is fine. As others have mentioned, the parking situation in the garage is very tight so if you have a large vehicle it will be difficult to navigate or you'll be forced to find parking outside (or elsewhere if that's full). My biggest problem with this hotel is the rooms, our first room smelled really bad when we checked in late at night which is a poor way to start the stay. Goed voor een nacht maar erg gehorig, bedden zijn groot maar erg zacht. Douchen kan Goed als je niet langer bent dan 1,80m. Hottub, sauna en zwembad zijn wel erg fijn.

Terrible experience. When it was announced that whistler will host a Worldcup downhill race next year in September, I booked a room immediately only to get it cancelled 5 days later citing technical difficulties, saying I can book again only to find out the prices have gone up because of the event or nothing is available anymore. Price gouging at its finest.

Honestly I was kind of disappointed considering I would expect a little bit more from a four-star hotel. To start we had the biggest room on the top floor and they didn't even have king size pillows, let alone the comforter wasn't even in a case. I've never seen this at any hotel that a loan one that runs three four stars we paid over $1,000 for the weekend and I just expected the rooms to be a little bit nicer.
