So frustrating! Do NOT use this company. They've come out 4 times in the last month to work on our industrial pressure washer, and even though 2 of those visits were for the same repair (which I would have hoped would be under warranty, given that there was less than a week between visits). Nevertheless, at the end of each visit, they chose to charge us yet again. This morning, I called again for service, but this time they demanded I give them my credit card before they would even come out. They never once demanded payment ... read more

Had a great experience using Hydro Engineering for a large equipment install and service at our company. They were great to work with, fast, and professional. Will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to anyone.
