My treadmill died at the height of Covid March/April 2020. That treadmill was the only thing keeping me sain! Due to Covid it took about a month (totally understandable) for someone to make it out to my home. Unfortunately I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but he was the owner and told me the story of how he started his business. He drive over an hour easily, was extremely pleasant and explained what was going on and how he was going to take care of of things. I needed a follow up and that was about a month later. On 12/11/2019, Dave from Aatlantic Fitness came to our home for a warranty repair on our new NordicTrack C1270 Pro treadmill. Dave was exceptionally good at his job. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly, explained what he was doing as he did on overall assessment, fixed the problem to our satisfaction, found two problems caused by the installers that we had not noticed, and fixed those as well. We will use Aatlantic Fitness for future work on our treadmill, elliptical trainer, and home gym.
