LIFESAVERS! My wife and I got trapped on red mountain pass after my alternator busted and melted my belt. I had it towed to AATCO on a Friday, and by Monday morning they had my vehicle fixed like new, $1000 less than I anticipated this repair to be. Especially on a Mercedes. They even came to get me Ouray, 45min away from their shop since a shuttle only goes through twice a day. I recommend AATCO. Took my Explorer there with what I thought was a major problem. They ran diagnostics and determined that it was something other than the transmission and referred me an excellent mechanic for what turned out to be an inexpensive repair.

These folks are absolutely the best. From my first phone call with Missy to when I drove off totally satisfied...I could not be happier with the customer service I got. They knew I had to wait while the car was being worked on and they were exactly right with the timing estimates they gave me. After some diagnostic mysteries, all was rectified by replacing my starter. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks for the great service.

Transmission issues are always a pain so I'm thankful there's a team in Montrose who are both knowledgeable and professional and can get the job done correctly the first time. Financing was also an option in case I needed assistance. In the end I didn't but transmissions are expensive so it's a huge plus that this is available. Huge thank you to Lance and Missy (and the whole team at AATCO) for being awesome!

This is a little late but wanted to get it posted. I wanted to improve my towing performance. Aatco offered me several options and helped me by swapping my differential gears for better towing. After driving with them for a couple of months I can say that it was well worth it. Significant improvement in towing. While I gave up some fuel mileage under normal driving I believe that my mileage has improved while towing. Great doing business with Aatco. Nice people.
