Following a recent claim for storm damage in my house I made a claim through my Insurance Broker (MGA). Following a visit from the Insurance Assessor I received a visit from an AAT Building Group representative who then arranged quotes for repairs which in due course were approved and their contractor, (a plasterer/painter) contacted me to inform me when he could come and effect the repairs.
