From the time I first visited this location to my latest visit on testing out what I was allergic to, I’ve had a wonderful experience! The staff are super friendly and truly caring on what specific issues I have. I have no issue in setting up appointments, and I have had no issue in receiving and giving information when needed. I’m super impressed how Knowledgeable they are on specific allergens and how they could interact. I felt super safe and at ease during and after my testing. Wonderful nurses and front desk, especially Julie and Lisa, however doctor Vaida was mean and condescending. Horrible experience for first time allergy.
I don't know about the doctors because I never got that far, but the office staff is terrible. I called to make an appointment. When the person who answered heard I was a new patient her response was "oh, your a new patient? I'll call you tomorrow." An hour later I got a call from someone else in the office who had no idea I talked to the first person. That will sum up my experience. Every interaction with the office is with 2 people, who have not communicated with each other and call me within an hour of each other. One is ... read more
