Not good
I clearly asked for OEM glass, but they used a cheaper aftermarket version instead. When I pointed it out, they acted like it didn’t matter. Very disappointing.
I called Dallas about a quote to get my window replaced after a break in on a Sunday late afternoon, and he was able to get me an appointment to get the technician out to me by the following morning. Communication was good, service was good. I would recommend them to anyone who needs auto glass repair/replacement.
