Aarun was amazing. He was extremely on the ball. Replied to texts immediately and picked up his phone whenever we called. He had answers to 99% of our questions and instead of telling us what we wanted to hear, actually did the work to get answers to anything he didn't know. He never sugar coated anything or pushed us to make an impulse decision. When we were finally ready to make an offer, he skillfully negotiated a price we were very happy with!
