After reading other reviews, I need to share my experience, too. Her office was horrible. I waited for 30 minutes before being called up and asked if I had my records sent over. No one told me to do this, so I had not, but I said I would try to contact my previous Dr right away. They told me my appointment couldn’t begin until I obtained them. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but she was quite snippy with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed very impatient, and kept questioning me over and over again about my symptoms in a disbelieving way. When I couldn't figure out my password to log into a patient portal and pull up some old test results she wanted, she said something in a very sharp tone along the lines of, "If you want me to help you, I need you to work with me." I told her that I was uncomfortable and was going to leave. No apology or anything.
1) Long wait times 2) Said they / she would call back to go through results did not happen 3) At the end of the appointment was told all charges had been settled but hit with an extra unexpected charge 4) Not great bed side manner would not recommend
This provider does not value patients and should not be trusted with anyone's care. If you cherish your health, your dignity, and your peace of mind, steer clear. Dr. Mulchandani is the antithesis of care, a specter of apathy cloaked in a white coat.
