Dr. Mulchandani is great. She is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She always makes me feel comfortable during my visits and answers all my questions with patience.
I had the best experience with Dr. Mulchandani and highly recommend her. She was referred to me and I would also refer her to anyone. She is professional and knowledgeable. I was lucky she was on call when I went into labor. I had a very positive experience overall with my pregnancy and hope to do it all over again someday with Dr. Mulchandani’s guidance and expertise!
If I could give a lower score I would. Dr. Mulchandani changed her whole mood with me as soon as my husband and I started asking questions about the vaccines she insisted I’d take. After I chose not to take certain vaccines (because of how new they were and little to no research) our visits were super short to the point she would not answer any questions we had about the pregnancy. After reading other reviews, I need to share my experience, too. Her office was horrible. I waited for 30 minutes before being called up and asked if I had my records sent over. No one told me to do this, so I had not, but I said I would try to contact my previous Dr right away. They told me my appointment couldn’t begin until I obtained them. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but she was quite snippy with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. She seemed very impatient, and kept questioning me over and over again about my symptoms in a disbelieving way. When I couldn't figure out my password to log into a patient portal and pull up some old test results she wanted, she said something in a very sharp tone along the lines of, "If you want me to help you, I need you to work with me." I told her that I was uncomfortable and was going to leave. No apology or anything.
