I had AARS come out to fix my dishwasher. Craig came out but was unable to fix it but I did not discover that until after he left. When I did find out I called him back to fix the problem and he promised to give me my money back, I was skeptical about that because I have been left high and dry before. To my surprise a few days later I got the refund in the mail. I applaud AARS for their honesty and standing by their word. I m still sad they couldn’t fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them.
Not transparent. We asked them to inspect our fridge as the issue may be a thermostat issue. The technician came out, replaced the thermostat without confirming the issue or quoting a price. We were then given a bill for $300. Easily could have invested that money into a new fridge.
Thank you AARS & special thanks to Glen. Kept it real from start to finish, explaining all possible outcomes. He knew right away what was wrong with my oven (it was prone to randomly not baking cookies right and would inconsistently work or shut off). He was done quick & is a true professional. Thanks again
