I have recently moved to the Richmond area and I know that finding a trustworthy mechanic is very difficult. I did my research and read others reviews and came across Arrow. I was very pleased to find that all of the positives were true. This is one of the best shops I've been to and have trustworthy, knowledgable, and skillful workers that handle your car well and are out for the best interest of you and your vehicle.
Rebuilt my transmission ,and its worst now than it was before I took it to them, took it back twice and they said it was fine of course ,but its not. Even took them for a ride in it and showed them and I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it. Would not recommend very very disappointed
