Total scam. I drove all that way and wasted gas only to learn that they are not taking any more people FOR THE REST OF THE TAX SEASON. That information should be posted on their site so you do not waste your time , money and efforts.
Called for information and the person who answered pulled the phone away from her mouth to ask her co-worker a question and said " Do we want to deal with this?" Real professional Even if the answer was yes, I wouldn't allow someone that unprofessional to work on my taxes, something incredibly important. If they can't be professional on the phone with a simple question, Why should they be trusted with something as important as taxes?
