We had no choice is choosing Aaronwood Title Agency. However, after having our closing statement prepared by them I would never recommend it. When all was said and done there were three glaring errors on the statement, 2 errors we were reimbursed for and the third was a miscalculation of taxes due for the last half of 2015. The taxes were misread and sellers were charged for a whole year. This was the third error and it will cost us over $1,500.00.
