Posting for a family member: Recently I had a major repair done at this shop. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto care company. They had my car for over a month, which was far longer than the timeframe I was originally told. Throughout that entire period, communication was extremely poor. Here is why they're getting only one star, had my truck towed two figure out why it wouldn't stay running, something with the fuel, then they called me and told me that my frame was cracked and they could not do anything for me it was unsafe to drive so I had it towed back home then I found someone that would look at it for me and he put it up on hydraulics, he found that what they did was they had put it up on Hydraulics and they put it on the wrong spot and they caused the crack in the frame
