Justin and Austin came out today to fix a clogged kitchen drain which had leaked into the basement. They were right on time, were very professional, and were also super understanding and clear in their answering of my questions. They fixed the problem speedily, but thoroughly. They inspired confidence! I wasn't sure I had handled the initial clog well. They took the time to reassure me and were just wonderful to deal with. AND... the repair was not expensive at all.
