Needed my fridge to cool while the freezer still worked. The serviceman literally only opened the fridge and said he knew what it was. Told me it would take a week to get the part in and it would cost me $300+ for parts and labor. Charged me $75 for the 10 minute visit and “diagnosis.” I called and texted to get the part he referred to and never heard back. I had to call GE for the part and ordered it myself. Do not recommend. More problems than when I originally called. I’m not one to leave a poor rating, but feel people should be aware. My dryer stopped heating so I called Aaron’s. The tech was very nice. He changed the heating element and a pulley. I thought that was the end of it and was a satisfied customer. The first time I used the dryer after the repair, I got an error code I’d never seen. They came back quickly and didn’t charge as the part and labor was under a warranty.
