We had Ron do our remodeling of our condo. We had to completely gut it and refinish everything. The finished project was fabulous. Easy to work with and timely. I would recommend Aarons for your project big or small.

We renovated our condo in Kihei in 2023. I visited a condo below me and was impressed with quality of renovation. Ron Schranz was the contractor of that unit. We hired him and discussed timing and other details. He promised to do renovation in 2 months. He finished as he promised. He coordinated all the work in the unit, tiling, painting, deliveries of the materials and appliances. He was coming every day inspecting work being done. We worked with Ron from Aaron's Contracting to completely remodel our 1-bedroom condo in Kihei, and the experience was great. Despite being off-island, the entire process went smoothly. Ron was incredibly responsive, communicative, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We gutted and remodeled the kitchen and bathroom, installed new flooring, re-wired the electrical, removed the outdated ceiling, installed a new split-system AC and painted the whole condo. We contacted Ron to help build our lanai in the backyard. He was very responsive and he came over right away. The lanai was perfect and he also built us a bar. He did an amazing job and we entertain and enjoy the lanai daily. He was very accountable and always responded and showed up when he said. Ron was in contact with me every day and always told me when to expect him. He never failed to be here. He gave me a two week completion date and finished in one week. Work was excellent! Will highly recommend him.
