I saw dust billowing out of one of the vents, so I scheduled the service. Debris was discovered inside the duct when they examined the system. I appreciated that the technician explained what he discovered before beginning to work.
The technician was very respectful of the house. He wore protective coverings when moving equipment through the hallway and made sure nothing was scratched. The actual cleaning was thorough, and I appreciated the cleanup at the end.
Our golden retriever was licking his paws raw for months. The vet said it could be allergies and asked about our home air. We never thought of the ducts. Our house is 15 years old. Our upstairs was always hot and our power bill was high. An energy check said we had air flow problems. Clean Air Pros came out and put a camera in the ducts. The main return was 60% blocked with dust and stuff. They cleaned it all out. Now the upstairs is the same temp as downstairs. Our last power bill was $45 less than last year. The AC is also quieter now and does not run as long. The tech showed me the air flow numbers before and after. Seeing the proof was great. This paid for itself.
