Overall, I’d rate the experiences here positive. They’re fast to get to your vehicle and tell you what they’ve observed and get the parts there and get you out within 2 or so days, maybe a little longer if you didn’t have an appointment and just dumped your car there. The prices are incredibly fair and they will call ahead of time and confirm the problems they’ve observed and won’t ever charge you for something that you didn’t need. Editing my review as I was under an incorrect impression - Aaron’s has done me well in the past with former vehicles, and with my current vehicle they seem more than willing to help me find the root and fix for my problem despite it being an unconventional issue and difficult to observe. Customer service is important and they truthfully knock it out of the park. Formerly I’ve had fine experiences here, but recently I brought my car in because of 2 issues. One that was MAJOR - my vehicle stalls out and leaves me stranded every time I make a trip over 10 minutes long. (It’s a fuel issue, a code for low fuel rail pressure was thrown, my MPG is very low, and the car aggressively shutters every time it’s refueled) and I also brought it for a small oil leak I was noticing. Best shop in town! They do a great job and really keep you in the loop explaining what was needed and why. It's great to have a shop you can trust.
They are kind and efficient. Never had an issue. A lot of car places double as scams. Not here. I feel like everyone is genuinely nice and good at what they do
