Randy from Aaron’s Appliance Service repaired our washing machine. He was so kind and considerate. Despite our machine being stacked in what is essentially a glorified closet, Randy was able to preform the tasks necessary to repair our washer regardless of the less than ideal situation. He was even able to recommend someone to work on our water heater which came in handy when I our water heater decided to malfunction. The worst. My mom has Aaron’s contracted through American home Shield. Not only did they not fix the problem. They won’t answer or return calls from an elderly widow. Terrible service. It’s been six months and nothing has been done. Use another business.
