They fixed my fridge and washer. I got them to come the same day which was a lifesaver. They were upfront about their prices and did not have hidden fees. I got prices from 2 companies and they were cheaper. The technician came in the window time promised. The technician was knowledgeable and kind. He was straightforward and knew what he was doing. I would recommend this company to others.

They were scheduled to come to fix the washer and no showed. I called and they gave some bad attitude and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them.

After 3 weeks of having our washer broken missed diagnosed 360 dollars into and ignored phone calls and them saying they'd be here tomorrow and not even a phone call to let us know what's going on I would not recommend this company to anyone and wonder why there still in business.

Technician no-showed during the scheduled timeframe, didn't call until more than an hour past the end of the timeframe to ask about coming late. Terrible customer service; I should've called somebody else. We're finding another company that'll take care of customers.

Worst $70 I ever wasted. My washer was throwing an unbalanced code, despite anything I tried. I hired them to fix THAT. They came out and told me it wasn't leaking, it was draining fine, and agitating normally (which I knew because I hired them to fix the UNBALANCED CODE it was throwing). He said he recalibrated it (which I told him I'd just tried before he came) and said he'd "Googled it" and couldn't figure it out. I was to try a load and get back to him.
