I had a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience with Aaron’s air. I scheduled them to clean my dryer vent, but from the moment they arrived, the tech began asking a lot of strange and unnecessary questions — including why I didn’t go with the original installer to clean the vent and how much I paid for my dryer installation. Aaron's Air is a 5 Star company. The owner was able to ge to us quickly and was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Our dryer had been shutting off and we initially thought that it was going to have to be replaced. He was able to clean the vent that was on the roof and even replaced the hose that went from the dryer to the wall. Dry was automatically working like new. I hired Mr Aaron to work on air duct system. I didn't regret it at all. I can say that he is very professional, punctual and friendly. He knows his job really good. He explained me how the whole system works and what needs to be done to maintain good in condition. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
Aaron's Air was referred to me by Brookville Heating and Air, who is also a FIVE STAR contractor. Somehow, we have neglected to have our dryer vent cleaned for over 30 years. Aaron came out the same day we called and did a truly outstanding job resorting the vent to proper operation. There was a HUGE amount of lint in the vent line. We could not be more pleased and will use him again.....................just will not wait so long. Thank you, Aaron!!
