I am so Grateful beyond belief. I called yesterday and had an appointment the next morning to have some work done on my water heater. They sent Andrew out. He was professional and super personable. Did an amazing job in a timely fashion and explained everything I needed to know. I recommended him and the Company to my family. Also, thank you to office manager Jamie, she made everything easy!!! Outstanding service every time. Honest, hard working owner. Best in the business as far as I'm concerned.
Although they responded quickly to our needs, they left us with more problems than we started with. After replacing the hot water tank, we had several leaks and when I requested they come back and fix it, the tech said "maybe tomorrow". We ended up fixing it ourselves and not once did the company respond to try to make things right with us. Not only did they leave us with leaks that were not there before the service, now our furnace does not work. What the heck did you guys do?? We will never use this company again.
Expensive for nothing.
