Excellent service, fast and fixed it the first visit. Andrew did what 2 other techs overlooked and couldn’t fix. Our furnace was replaced but still wouldn’t operate and no one was available for weeks to look at it. Jamie scheduled us just two days out! Andrew arrived when he was scheduled, 10am, and he was done and gone by 11! Andrew diagnosed the install problem that others couldn’t. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They continually hung up on me when I asked a simple question if they work with warranty coverage. Dear Jason, do better.
Came out and spend 15 min diagnosing a problem with our batteries , we still had a problem that weekend turns out our batteries were bad which he said he had tested, we decided we wanted to convert our batteries to lithium and add solor panels which he had informed me on initial visit was best we had a few questions about that and wanted to proceed, we tried calling back multiple times as well as e mail and got no response still it has been more than 2 weeks and zero response which is funny cause they answered right away whe... read more

They wanted $125 just to come out and look. Then they didn't show for the appointment. No call, no show.
