Excellent sales staff and delivery
I've been complain since April that my couch I got new in november is breaking the reclining part keeps bending and now its rather uncomfortable to sit on. Only reason I got the couch was I had back surgery a few months before getting the couch and I needed a couch with supportive cushions.. iam rather discouraged on the service I have recive from the Brunswick store I have called every week at hey say they are working on it.or they tell me they will call back and never do. Lexi is a liar, caused my bank account an overdraft of 145.00 dollars because she took it upon herself to add more to my payment then I agreed to pay. Then when confronted about it she said she was going to call me back after she spoke to her boss. She never returned my call and then was nasty with me after I called back 4 days later. I will never do business with Lexi again.
