They have always been wonderful to us. Their merchandise is of high quality. I highly recommend Aarons to anyone in need. Or just to have beautiful things in your home.
This Aaron's is horrible. The sales manager (Jessica Shearer) told me payments will show up on your credit 2-3 months after a payment is made, so I signed a contract with them. Four months later, I checked my credit and it wasn't there. I called corporate and they said Aaron's has stopped reporting to credit bureaus as of May 1, 2018 and that they only report after the item is fully paid off. This is not what I was told. Never had an issue, was late a couple of times, called, and they updatged my account. I bought three items, all paid off now. Would use them again.
It was horrible! ! Completely. ..my fiancee and I just moved to goose creek and every city we lived in we del with arrons funiture. We was in on black Friday 2016 as soon as we walk through the door we got a welcome by Christa Clark which when she said it ....it was like she had a attitude. Would much rather go here over r2o. Just wish they had a wider selection of things like video games and things like that. But I like these guys. Most likley will comeback for more.
I'm a really good customer. I pay on time. You expect your customers to pay on time and then you blatantly blow them off and then turn around and lie. I will take my business and anyone else I talk to somewhere else!
Have been doing business with the Bellingham store since 2007. I can honestly say I have never had a issue with them. When your self employed you need a company that can work with you. They have gone above and beyond many times. Good staff, clean store. If they don't have what you're looking for, they do their best to find it.
