Only good when you are new customer otherwise pretty bad place. Zero customer appreciation!!!!!!
As a long time customer, I am in absolute shock! The customer service here has declined at a level that would turn anyone away. The rude, disrespectful staff will leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. I have never been so disappointed in my life. As a senior on a fixed income, I feel like I've been taken advantage of. The account manager has been disrespectful and pushy. I would rather get a loan from the mafia and risk my life then deal with these people again. ~With Love Timothy M.
