My husband went in the store about 1 week ago, we pay 200.00 a month. He paid 100.00 plus the 20.00 late fee 10/7 ? He told the manager that he would bring the balance 100.00 in . It's 10/ 20 and I was going in to pay the balance 100.00 the rude manager says we owe another late fee of 20.00. So it's 40.00 for late fee???? We called to mention that it's not November yet so why are we paying extra. Also we never get a receipt for anytime that we've paid to know the balance. Please check into this!!!
