I wish I could put no stars this is the worst location ever they lied to my mom about her money and said the funded her back the money so she waited 3-4 businesses days and nothing came so she called the people above this Aaron's and they told my mom that they never even funded her back the money it hasn't even been touch soo this store is pocketing money and they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE BEST AARONS IS IN SAN BERNADINO HONESTLY IN MY OPINION.... THE FONTANA LOCTION IS AWFUL DO NOT COME HERE
Been calling for a month and they don't answer.. they sold me a broken game I have it back and they never brought me another one...
Horrible customer service from the manager Jennifer She never calls back when she says i waited for my tables almost 3 weeks because the order was never placed and once I received them it was the wrong item I called to explain she had a bad attitude never once apologized for the inconvenience and to top it off she hung up on me I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never been treated this way until she’s been there
