They say all the right things and drop the ball. Their one time charge of 4K is higher than other communities. After our family member was there for one day they failed with ADL assistance. Quite disappointing! Nursing staff is mediocre.

This was one of the worst choices I have made in my 81 years. They put lots of effort into AL, but Memory Care is just their cash cow. I was there when my wife and all the other MC people were told at 6:30PM, “you can watch a movie on TV or go to bed.” I remember her looking at me sadly and saying “I don’t know what to do.” That could well be the motto of their entire MC community. to

I have been working at Aarondale for 21 years. I do not consider it a place to work I consider it a home! The residents I care for are not only a resident they have become family & their families have become friends sharing their life experiences with me!

I visited Aarondale today for a Women’s Empowerment Networking event. The community is amazing the staff is fantastic. I met the Executive Director Amanda Waggy and the Director of Sales Tiffiney Nevels. You can tell they love their residents and provide a beautiful space for them to enjoy retirement and their next phase of life. I would greatly consider this community for retired family members looking for a place to call home.
