My experience has been an A+ at Aarondale. From the first move in day with Kevin helping at every turn, and now three months later making the TV work, cable set up, to lifting a marble tv table over his shoulder as if it weighed nothing. As we got to know the others we love each of them. Ben asked Bruce to plant petunias with him. Gary gets him in the gym or takes him for a walk. They say all the right things and drop the ball. Their one time charge of 4K is higher than other communities. After our family member was there for one day they failed with ADL assistance. Quite disappointing! Nursing staff is mediocre.

This was one of the worst choices I have made in my 81 years. They put lots of effort into AL, but Memory Care is just their cash cow. I was there when my wife and all the other MC people were told at 6:30PM, “you can watch a movie on TV or go to bed.” I remember her looking at me sadly and saying “I don’t know what to do.” That could well be the motto of their entire MC community. to

I have been working at Aarondale for 21 years. I do not consider it a place to work I consider it a home! The residents I care for are not only a resident they have become family & their families have become friends sharing their life experiences with me!
