Love this doctor. He cares for my 92 y.o. mom. He takes time to listen to her about her health issues and always works on resolving them. It is obvious that he reviews her chart before coming into the appointment (not all MDs seem to do this). I would consider having him as my MD if I ever had to change MDs.
Listens to needs and is calm and responsive to needs

Super efficient and listens to all concerns and has a plan/solution. Sent me to x rays right away when I complained of knee pain. Listens.
His staff is very slow responding to your request using their portal messaging systems. They have lots of room for improvement reaching out to patients timely. Very frustrating.
