Dr Wood is amazing, he always sees his patients on time which is unheard of, no waiting for a hour which is very important to me. I appreciate the way he operates, to the point with no fluff while also being sensitive and caring. His staff is great as well, very nice and timely too. Only negative is that appointment availability isn’t great if you need something out of the norm but I also know that’s every doctor in new braunfels right now.
Dr. Wood and his staff are always pleasant and attentive. They take time to answer my questions and never make me feel uncomfortable for asking. It is also very convenient to be able to contact him through myChart. He or a member of his team always responds with answers or next steps. Thank you!
