Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Did this OBGYN knock before entering the exam room? Yes, and waited for me to answer before coming in

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider answer all of your questions? Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this OBGYN able to answer all of your obstetric or gynecological questions? Yes, they seemed very knowledgeable Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? They try not to, but sometimes it happens. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Was this provider's office clean? Yes!
