I have had State Farm for a few years and did not have any issues until December 2024. I moved and updated my renter's insurance policy. I did everything on my own and just needed the old policy canceled. The rep with Aaron's office called me to confirm but canceled the new policy I just signed up for. Called multiple times to get this updated and each time I was told it had been updated it was not. So for 5 months at my new address, if anything happened I was not covered.
