This location is NOT like a good neighbor! The agent Edward is the rudest agent I have ever witnessed. We went in person to file a claim and he told us he couldn't assist us and to call corporate. We called State Farm and they said that our local agent should've helped us with that. We went back to ask about our policy and why their was a rate change and to get our printed policy papers.
