muy mal... si no llegas a tiempo suerte porque te harn esperar mucho por recoger.
One of the worst places to deliver or pick up a load. Waited at the dock for over 2 hours with my trailer untouched. Tried to get some help or information from one of the receiving crew—he was sitting in a black Acura SUV, apparently doing inventory. I approached his vehicle, waited patiently at the window expecting at least some acknowledgment or direction. Instead, he looked at me, put the car in gear, and drove off without saying a word. Completely unprofessional. Zero communication. No respect for drivers’ time.
I wish I can give them -10 Don’t waist your time with this place stupid management
I’ve been waiting at Aaron Thomas Company, Inc. for over 12 hours to deliver my load, and they still haven’t unloaded me. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I speak English, they don’t respond and just say “Español.” This is unacceptable. Very poor service and total disrespect for drivers’ time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
