I was going to start a new patient relationship with this office and when I called I was put on hold for an extended period of time. Red flag 🚩 I want to be able to communicate with an office if I have a need and it’s obviously they are either short staffed or their current team isn’t diligent in taking calls.
We are experiencing a problem with site, we are not able to send messages to our provider it doesn't give me an option to select my Dr. I've called the front desk, and no one seems to know that the site is not working. Been trying to reach my doctor for two weeks
Just want to say how pleased I am with Dr Terry's office....always great experience...professional, nice, caring, attentive...listens to me so I feel like I have valuable input...special thanks to Jennifer Lopez ;)
I recently switched primary Doctor to Jamie Martin. I had 2 weeks already without my daily prescription due to my old doctor's office couldn't even get a hold of anyone.I called Mercy Wellness and was able to speak to someone and explain what was going on. I received a message that same day that my prescription was taken care of. Thank you Jamie and front office staff.
