I had been a patient here for around 4 years. I am done, I have too much self-respect to continue coming here. There is absolutely no respect for other people's time. Sitting in the main wait room for 30 to 40 mins past the appointment time and then in the exam room after the tech does the vitals for another 15 to 20 mins. There is a $80 fee for no shows because their time is money but my time not so much. I recently went to Mercy Wellness in Boerne, and I must say that this office is all about patient care and support. Garrett is working with me to get some difficult health issues under control. I felt heard, supported and hopeful. He's the best! Honey, Stacy and McKenzie are truly wonderful support staff! Maureen
Very professional and easy to make appts for both medical needs and weight loss. I have lost 35 lbs so far with their help!

I was seen by Jamie Martin, she was outstanding! Ruby did my basics, she was very friendly and had great customer service skills. They both seemed to enjoy being at work. People like them just make your experience at the doctor’s office so much better!
