I was sick and needed medical care. I called the Urgent Care Clinic and they were able to see me late that evening. I was impressed with their compassion and understanding. The staff were great and professional. The NP and tech that took my vitals and conducted the examination were the best. I’ve been to a lot of Dr’s offices over the years, this office sets the bar as to how Dr offices should be ran. I would give them a 10 if this app would allow. the Bulverde office is the worst medical office i have visited. the front office staff is non caring and even rude. The referal person is off site and it takes multiple calls to ever get one. If you call in because you are sick they tell you the next available appointment is 3 weeks later but you can go to their office downstairs for a $65.00. Dr. Terry has a great bedside manner and is very intelligent. He knows his stuff and I totally trust him.
They never answer the phone and when you leave a voicemail they never get back to you.
I have been taking my children (and myself) to Mercy Wellness Clinic since 2019. Dr Terry and his providers have seen us through different illnesses, broken bones, behavioral health diagnosis, as well as preventative care. The personalized attention to my kids care is what keeps me coming back. Being able to get appointments at any 3 of the locations, as well as telemeds, makes it where I know I can get my kids seen whenever I need to. I also love the addition with the Urgent Care!
