Had my appointment rescheduled for a second time by the office. This is very inconvenient as I’ve had this appointment scheduled way in advanced and cleared my schedule again. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone over the phone if you need to talk with someone. I’ll be looking for another doctor.
Dr's, nurses, and the rest of the staff are so professional. Love going there.
I've been very frustrated with my experience with this office. I requested a prescription refill on 5/6, and as of 5/13 l still have not received a response. HEB Pharmacy has sent multiple refill requests on my behalf, but according to the pharmacy they have not received a response from the office. In addition, phone calls and messages have either gone unanswered or were not returned.
