I have been with Mercy Wellness for years and I find it extremely disappointing this provider did not bother to reach out to the Boerne patients to let them know they were closing the Boerne location. If I would have known sooner, I could have been searching for a new provider prior to me needing an appointment.
Been very happy with Carrie… She is responsive and encouraging.
Updated: 03/24/2026: I have been a patient at Mercy Wellness for some time 5+ years, and unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined. What was once a facility that seemed genuinely focused on patient care has shifted toward what feels like a transactional, profit-driven approach only. They don't answer the phone and when they do they hang up if they don't know how to help you. Don't expect to be able to get them to answer the phone. They will go weeks without answering their phones. The front desk lady in Boerne is not helpful at all. Their policies change every 2 days and they don't let you know until you're trying to get your medication. Most poorly ran clinic I've ever been to. Do not go here if you can help it.
