They make you provide PHI (personal health information) through an unsecure SMS text. (name, DOB, and prescriptions). This is a HIPAA violation. I have personally reported this. Then when advising them of the reporting they retaliate by terminating the relationship. Which is also a HIPAA violation. I have reported this as well. There is no patient portal that works. And finally they will not provide a referral to another psychiatrist, out of spite. Their staff is rude and hangs up on people and will ghost you about refilling... read more
Weirdo dumped me on a 2min phone call. Couldn't remember my mother killed herself after over 15 sessions. Instead of professionally dumping me through text he kept me up for hours waiting for a pointless meeting while I have broken ribs and a skull fracture. He could of texted me and let me get rest. Instead he penciled me in for 630 to yell at me like my daddy but with zero substance. He yelled "no you listen to me!!"
