I would not recommend using Aaron Simque Homes. We purchased a new home and have been fighting to have the original punch list completed for nearly a year, and counting. If I myself don’t reach out trying to get something done, it’s complete radio silence. When I do get a response it’s usually after weeks of no response and a lot of times it’s pushback or being blown off. Many times our interactions are Aaron being downright rude. We had Aaron build a home for us in the Prrserve at Laural Lake. Very impressive attention to detail, I would recommend Aaron Simque Homes if you are looking to build.
